The ACEC/MW Engineering Excellence Awards competition recognizes engineering firms for projects that demonstrate a high degree of achievement, value, and ingenuity.
2005-2006 ACEC/MW Engineering Excellence Award Winners
CH2M HILL and Syska
Hennessy Group presented ACEC/MW 2005-2006 Engineering Excellence Awards

The Grand Award in Design was presented to Dan Lynch, Vice President,
CH2M HILL at the February ACEC/MW Business Opportunities Networking Luncheon.
CH2MHILL was well represented by team members at the luncheon, as well
as two representatives from the Alexandria Sanitation Authority.
The Honor Award in Design was accepted by John Sporidis, Senior Vice President,
Syska Hennessy Group, Inc., on behalf of the team that executed the project,
a number of whom were in attendance.
The ACEC/MW Engi neering
Excellence Awards (EEA) for Grand competition recognizes engineering firms
for projects that demonstrate a high degree of achievement, value, and
ingenuity and provides Metropolitan Washington area firms the opportunity
to obtain regional – and possibly national – recognition.
Bill Murphy, Schnabel Engineering, Inc., (shown presenting both awards)
facilitated the EEA Competition.
