2019-2020 ACEC/MW Engineering Excellence Awards Winners

We appreciate all the dynamic, innovative and valuable projects that were entered this year!  Thank you for the time and effort your staff put into the submission of these projects.  Your work certainly showcases the diversity and ingenuity of our A/E industry.  They are all shining examples why engineering is sucy an integral part of our society and a foundational building block for our future.

Our 2019-2020 judging panel has selected the top projects from our slate of 20 submissions.  The top 12 projects are eligible to compete in the ACEC National compeition, and the firms will be recognized with Honor Awards at our upcoming EEA Gala & Holiday Party on December 4th.  Congratulations to our winners!


From among the Honor Award winners two top projects will receive Grand Awards at our Gala.  Register today and come to our Gala to see who the top Grand Award winners will be...  

We will distribute new awards this year.  Gala attendees will vote on a "People's Choice Award" - the winner could be any of the firms listed below!  Our ACEC/MW Board of Directors will award "Best Local Project" to a firm for work completed within our Metropolitan Washington jurisdiction.  We will also recognize a "Legislator of the Year" and an give an "Engineering Industry Leadership Award."  Our Gala will be an event that you won't want to miss!
