Enjoy a lunch and in-person networking at Maggiano's Little Italy Tysons while you earn 1.5 PDHs. Our speakers will be participating in a panel discussion regarding their agencies' use of Qualifications Based Selection (QBS).  

QBS is a procurement method that was established by the Brooks Act, and ACEC/MW advocates for its use in the procurement of engineering services.  More information about QBS can be found HERE.
