Senior Vice President, RS&H
Janie Tiedeman is the Senior Vice President for RS&H’s East Region Infrastructure Practice, where she leads the growth and operations of a diverse team focused on delivering transportation and aviation projects. After initially working as a structural engineer, Janie expanded her career through leadership roles in marketing, operations, and as the global lead for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) for one of the largest AEC firms in the world. She is Chair of ACEC National’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee; a board member of ACEC/MD; Chair of RS&H’s Women’s ERG, which was awarded WTS Baltimore’s 2022 Rosa Parks Diversity Award; and a WTS ED&I National Committee member. Janie is an unrelenting advocate for EDI and is committed to ensuring all employee voices are included, heard, and respected as she creates a work culture where diverse talent thrives through opportunities to grow and deliver superior business results.
